I'd like to suggest a topic group on PANS/PANDA, which is actually an umbrella syndrome that encompasses many of the silo diagnoses that doctors give children (ADHD, PDA, OCD, ODD, sensory processing disorder, ARFID, speech disfluency, dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, etc.)
